Aarti pursued her early education at Lady Irwin Secondary School and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. She later completed a diploma in computer science from Maitreyi College, Delhi University, showcasing her academic dedication and diverse interests.

As of now, she serves as the director of four companies: Eventura Creations Private Limited, AVS Healthcare Private Limited, ASV Event Management Private Limited, and Smgk Agro Impex Private Limited. However, her entrepreneurial journey faced a major challenge in 2019 when she became a victim of fraud. Her business partners allegedly forged her signature to obtain a loan of ₹4.5 crore.
