The Indian Premier League stands out for its storied legacy and the unwavering enthusiasm fans show for their favorite teams. Rajasthan Royals, the team to win the first ever IPL title, has not been able to deliver in recent times. The mega auction would help the RR management to think and buy smart players, who can deliver when needed.

Rajasthan Royals has retained Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag, Dhruv Jurel, Shimron Hetmyer, and Sandeep Sharma ahead of the mega auction before IPL 2025.

Wicketkeeper batter Sanju Samson, who has been retained at the top spot, will be leading the Rajasthan franchise, once again. He led his team to the playoffs last year, but lost to SRH in the qualifier 2.

Talented Indian batter, Yashasvi Jaiswal, has also been retained on the joint top spot by the management ahead of the 2025 IPL auction. The batter scored plenty of important runs for the team and would be looking forward for his maiden title with the team next season.

Indian all-rounder Riyan Parag, who seemed out of form in the 2024 IPL season, has also been backed by the franchise for a decent amount. The player has a great potential, but is yet to perform for the franchise.

Dhruv Jurel, the wicketkeeper who made his debut for the Indian team in the test series against England, is also a part of the future plans for the team.

Next in the list is the West Indian batter, Shimron Hetmyer. He has impressed the fans with his excellent intent and powerful shots. He would be looking forward to contribute a decent amount of runs in the next seasons for the team,

Indian uncapped fast bowler Sandeep Sharma has also been retained by the Rajasthan franchise. The bowler has a perfect track record in the IPL, but hasn’t got a chance to shine in the international circuit.
