Though India has lost all their matches, they kick-started their campaign against Pakistan in a contest where India, despite putting on 119, lost the match by 6 wickets.
Following that, India was resisted by Ravi Bopara, the English captain, with both bat and ball to chase the target. The encounter was followed by a single-run defeat against UAE.
India’s final loss came today, against the Blackcaps, when India lost by a huge 44-run margin, the biggest among their losses.
Batter Bharat Chipli remained India’s highest run-getter with 124 runs, followed by Robin Uthappa. Though it didn’t seem much of a bowler’s game, still Binny picked 4 wickets, the most for India.
