An old video featuring the doppelgängers of Shubman Gill, Ishant Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah has, once again, resurfaced on social media.
Watch the video here:
Jasprit Bumrah is hailed as currently the best all-format bowler in the world. He is simply unplayable right now and was one of the main reasons why Team India won the T20 World Cup 2024 in West Indies and the USA.

Bumrah was awarded as the Man of the Tournament in the T20 World Cup 2024. He scalped 15 wickets in the tournament at an unbelievable economy of 4.18. Batters could score just 12 boundaries off him and only two of them were sixes.
He was rested for the T20I series against Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka and the ODI series against Sri Lanka after the World Cup, to manage his workload. Bumrah is expected to be rested for the series against Bangladesh as well.
Shubman Gill is one of the finest among young players in India. He was not part of the T20 World Cup but led the young Indian team to the 4-1 series win against Zimbabwe in the T20I series after the World Cup.
He is being seen as the next all-format captain of Team India and has already been made as the vice-captain of the T20I and ODI team. Gill is expected to be appointed as the vice-captain of the Test team in the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh.
Ishan Kishan, on the other hand, was removed from the central contract of BCCI at the start of the year as he skipped the domestic matches and started to prepare for the IPL 2024. It was made very clear by the BCCI that the central contracted players have to play in domestic tournament.
Kishan withdrew himself from the Test series against South Africa at the end of the last year citing mental fatigue and since then, he has not been part of the national team. Recently, he featured in the Buchi Babu tournament and will also feature in the upcoming Duleep Trophy.
Indian players are currently having a break after the 2-0 loss against Sri Lanka in the ODI series. They will feature in a Test series against Bangladesh starting from September 19.
