Team New Zealand after their iconic T20 World Cup triumph celebrated the milestone with a unique traditional Maori song. This took place after the award ceremony concluded in Dubai, as Player of the Tournament, Amelia Kerr led the way.
The performance quickly gained the flare on social media over a video shared by the International Cricket Council. Fans showed immense love with the flourish of likes, while many praised the team’s spirit to spread joy and stir up positivity in the hearts of fans.
Kerr led the rendition with the guitar while every other player from the champion’s side harmonized for the melodious ambience, as this was a celebration both of their achievement as well as cultural heritage.

She was placed the Player of the Match as well as Player of the Tournament for an exquisite 135 runs with the bat and 15 wickets with the ball.
