West Indies and England faced off against each other in the second T20I of the series at the Kensington Oval in Barbados. England captain, Jos Buttler, stunned everyone by hitting a 115-meter six.

On the third ball of the ninth over of the England innings, Gudakesh Motie bowled a gentle orthodox spin ball to Buttler, who danced down the track, got right to the pitch of the delivery and launched it over the roof for a 115-meter big six.

Buttler is one of the most dangerous batters in T20 cricket in the world. He absolutely destroys bowling attacks when on form and is difficult to bowl to. Buttler has the ability to single-handedly change games for his team.

After scoring a golden duck in the first T20I (which was his first game after his return from injury), he scored 83 runs off 44 deliveries in the second T20I. During his innings, he smashed eight fours and six sixes and batted with a strike-rate of 184.44.

Now, coming to the game, England won the match by seven wickets. They won the toss and elected to field first. The Windies put up 158 runs for the loss of eight wickets on the board in their 20 overs.

The captain, Rovman Powell, was the highest scorer in the innings with 43 runs off 41 deliveries. In reply, England chased down the total in just 16.5 overs. Along with Buttler, Will Jacks scored 38 runs off 29 deliveries and Liam Livingstone scored 23 runs off 11 deliveries.

At the post-match presentation, Buttler talked about the match and his innings. “Great to spend some time in the middle. Bit scratchy in the first few balls but managed to come through that period. I’ve got lots of experience. Have batted in different positions. At number three, you can come in second ball or outside the powerplay.

He’s got unbelievable talent (Will Jacks). Can play shots not many others can. He played really smart. Realised I was going after the bowling and gave me the strike. Has played a lot of franchise cricket. On this ground it seems to be an advantage bowling first. There was a bit of movement. He’s pretty unique (Mousley).. Not many guys bowl like he does. One of his biggest attributes is his character. Always wants the ball, always want to be in the hotspots in the field,” said Buttler in the post-match presentation.
